In October 2019 at the end of a shift in the Artesian Bar, a group of women sat around casually talking about the evening. As it often did the conversation soon turned to the lack of visibility of women in the bar industry and what could be done to change this.

A few weeks later, on the 5th November 2019, together they hosted what would be the first of many events with women from around the world getting involved showcasing their drinks, their talent and their communities. The following year, Celebrate Her was officially born.

As the years went on, Celebrate Her evolved, grew, expanded around the world with the aim to create a safe, welcoming space with a focus on community, education and career, safety and wellness, and events for women in the hospitality industry.

Since then, Celebrate Her has hosted talks, seminars, guest shifts and events around the world, working with some incredible people and supporting like minded communities. The aim, quite simply, to make the industry better.
